Hey there! We totally get it – sometimes things don't turn out the way we expect. If you receive an item with the wrong size or if it's defective, no sweat! You've got 7 days to let us know, and we'll sort it out for you.

Need a refund? No problemo! Just give us a shout within 7 days of receiving your order, and let us know what's up. Keep those clothing items unworn, with all the tags and packaging intact, and we'll get that refund rolling for you. Oh, and sorry, no refunds for digital goodies like eBooks.

So, here's the deal – we'll ship out your physical orders within a week if you're in Lahore. If you're in one of the other major cities in Pakistan, it might take up to 2 weeks after we've processed your order and received payment. Don't worry, if there are any hiccups along the way, we'll shoot you a message to keep you in the loop.

We're all about making things easy-peasy. Unfortunately, we don't have the tech for debit and credit card payments just yet. But no worries!
